1. Acceptance

By using the MSA mobile app or the www.msatravel.com.tr website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the services.

2. Scope of the service

MSA may provide features such as place discovery, maps, reviews, favorites, travel planning, business/place information, and related digital services. The scope of these features may be changed, improved, or temporarily suspended over time.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. You may be responsible for activities performed through your account. If you notice any unauthorized use, please contact us at msayazilim2@gmail.com.

4. User content

When submitting reviews, images, or place/business information, you must comply with the law, respect third-party rights, and follow community standards. The following content is prohibited:

• Content containing insults, hate speech, threats, harassment, or discrimination.
• Misleading, fake, spam, or fraudulent content.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, personality rights, or privacy rights.
• Content promoting illegal products, services, or activities.

Inappropriate content may be reviewed, removed, and account access may be restricted where necessary.

5. Location, maps, and place information

Map, route, price, opening hours, and place information are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that this information will always be complete, up to date, or error-free. Before visiting a place, we recommend verifying the information through official sources or the relevant business.

6. Prohibited use

• Misusing the service, reverse engineering it, or attempting to bypass security measures.
• Using automated bots, scraping, or unauthorized data collection methods.
• Attempting to access another user's account, data, or device without permission.
• Performing excessive requests, spam, or malicious activities that may disrupt the service.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account from within the app. If you cannot access the app, you can visit the Account Deletion page to see the steps for submitting a request online.

8. Limitation of liability

The services are provided with reasonable care; however, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue, or issues caused by third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the services after changes are made means that you accept the updated terms.
