Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your MSA account from within the app, or submit a deletion request through this page if you cannot access the app.

Fastest method: delete your account in the app

If you can access the MSA app, you can delete your account directly by going to Profile > Delete My Account.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot use the app, cannot sign in, or no longer have the app installed on your device, you can submit an account deletion request using the email link below.

When submitting your request, please include the email address associated with your account. For security reasons, we may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.

What information should you include?

  • The email address used for your MSA account.
  • Your full name or profile name.
  • Your request: "I want my account and related app data to be deleted."
  • Any additional notes, if applicable.

What data will be deleted?

Once the account deletion process is completed, the app data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized. This may include:

  • Profile and account information.
  • Reviews, favorites, and travel plans.
  • Profile, place, or business images uploaded by you.
  • Business/place applications and other app records linked to your user account.

What data may be retained for a limited time?

Certain limited records may be retained for as long as permitted or required by law for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, or dispute resolution. Where possible, these records are limited in a way that does not directly identify the account.

Processing time

Deletion from within the app is usually initiated immediately. Requests submitted by email are reviewed within a reasonable period and processed after the required verification is completed.
